Terms and conditions
We let a pitch to you with the expectation that you will follow the usual customs of good camping. We
reserve the right to ask you to leave at any point of your stay if the behaviour of any member of your party is
unacceptable to us and no refund of monies will be paid.

Arrival is between 12 mid day and 6pm if arriving later please advise a member of staff by calling 07517477447.
When you arrive please report to main reception to sign in before pitching your tents

You must vacate by 10 AM on the day of departure and leave the pitch in a clean and tidy state.
If you wish to pay by cheque, the funds must be cleared at least 7 days before the start of your stay. No
refunds will be given unless agreed by staff.

Day visitors are welcome between 10am and 6pm at £2.50 Adult £1.50 Child if on site after this time they will be charged a campers fee
Payment is made by cash on the day of arrival.

We do not accept any persons under the age of 18 without an adult or guardian please provide proof of ID may be asked on arrival
we are a family orientated site any campers or our terms and conditions are not respected will be asked to leave
Music is aloud to a respected level until 10pm

The contract is with Miss Sam Eldridge, Buckhurst Camping, The Office, Great Buckhurst Farm, Sedlescombe,
East Sussex TN33 0SE will not be liable to any person visiting, for any personal injury, fatal or non fatal
unless caused by a negligent act or omission by the company or its employees. Buckhurst Camping will
not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to any property including, motor vehicles and personal effects,
howsoever caused or sustained.

You must pitch as directed by the ground staff, not encroach upon any other pitches and consider fire risk
limitation, safety and access. If you pitch outside the boundaries of your pitch or your unit is judged to pose
a risk to the safety and comfort of others you will be asked to move.
​
Small camp Fires are allowed but only wood that's purchased from our site can be burnt. Anyone that is seen to be burning pallets will be charged and may be asked to leave if seen doing so.

We do have a play park for the children which they are more than welcome to use but we are not liable for any injuries caused whilst doing so therefore children must be accommodated by parents at all times.

The speed limit is 10mph. Please drive SLOWLY. This includes bicycles and any other wheeled conveyances.
Drivers must hold a licence and have tax and MOT as appropriate. No recreational vehicles such as
motorised scooters or quad bikes are allowed.

Dogs are welcome but MUST BE ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES

Once you have pitched up cars can be left next to your tent but are not to be driven around the site
ONLY if you are arriving or going.
Cutting or damaging trees and other vegetation is STRICKLY prohibited and the natural conditions are not to be
disturbed. This includes tying ropes to, driving nails into trees nor shall they used as fire wood
​
Dogs are allowed on site but must be kept on a lead at all times owners are responsible for this to insure customers and other dogs are safe along with cleaning up after them. Due to Govenment legislation, the XL Bully breed is now on the dangerous dog list, this means as under our terms and conditons we do not accept any dogs which are on the dangerous dog list. This means, if your dog is an XL Bully you will not be able to bring them on holiday with you even if licensed. This rule applies to XL Bully assistance dogs.
